Once you're set up in our system, simply send us a work order or quote request, and within minutes you'll get automated confirmation that we've received it. Your tenant will receive a text message to let them know we've got the order (so they won't keep chasing you) . But there's so much more... Here's the workflow.
You send us a work order
Both you and the tenant receive confirmation we have received the work order within the hour.

Your tenant receives a message with a time and date for the works to be completed to accept.
Your tenant receives a message to confirm we're on our way, with an option to track our progress on a live map.
We complete the work and perform a complimentary health check of the property.
You receive a detailed invoice along with images of works completed and a report on any maintenance that is required, including a quote for any further works if needed.
