Being a property manager can be a stressful job. There is a lot going on and when a property has a maintenance issue you need to know that when you send off a work order it will be actioned and resolved ASAP.

At Fix My Property Now that's exactly what we do! Within an hour of you sending a work order one of our team will have made contact with your tenant to arrange entry for repairs.

Once the work order has been completed you will receive a detailed invoice along with photos of the work carried out.

While onsite we will also perform a health check and report any issues that may need to be rectified.
